Jesse's Bakery are looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our busy team. 

About the Role:

You will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and baked goods to a high-quality standard. Early morning starts are required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mixing, shaping and baking breads and pastries
  • Following recipes and maintaining consistency
  • Ensuring food standards and food safety procedures are met
  • Managing stock and assisting with orders
  • Working as part of a team
  • Following production lists

About you:

  • Relevant qualification and 2 years experience
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • reliable and punctual

Salary range:  $75,000 to $80,000 plus superannuation

Qualification & experience

Minimum 2 years experience working in a Bakery

Strong work ethic with a hands on, hardworking approach

Punctual and reliable, with the ability to consistently show up on time 

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Good attention to quality and food safety standards
